Gooooo KU!

I took Yasmine and Mikayla to their first College football game this weekend to watch the KU Jayhawks take on the Oklahoma Sooners. We had sooo much fun! They told me their favorite part was watching the OU band. They could have cared less about the football game:). I usually cheer for the Sooners( I have no choice---we live in Norman!)...but NOT when they play KU! I asked the girls who they wanted to root for...Mikayla wanted the Jayhawks to win and Yasmine wanted OU to win...as you can tell by their choice of t-shirts:)

Volcano Experiment

The girls wanted to do an experiment, so Frankie decided to build a volcano for them. Did it work? We will let you be the judge of that:) Watch the video. All the excitment was too much for Keeley. She couldn't take it and fell asleep in her high chair.

Hope everyone had a great weekend! We went to Sears on Saturday to get Keeley's 18 month pictures taken, but we didn't end up buying any because they didn't turn out very well. Some were even kind of blurry. I uploaded some that I took off the website.

On Sunday we took Keeley to the Oklahoma State Fair. Her favorite part of the fair was getting a Dora the Explorer inflatable doll. Mom and Dad's favorite part were the giant funnel cakes:)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY YASMINE!

On Friday, Aug 22nd, Yasmine turned 7 years old! We threw her a High School Musical birthday party at our house on Saturday and she loved it! We had Pizza, played HSM bingo, painted fingernails, and the girls even performed a little rock concert! I posted pictures from the party.

I had to post this picture of Keeley getting ready for bed. She looks soooooo big in this picture. She isn't a baby anymore...she is my full grown toddler:)

My Friend Dory!

Well...I finally hit the big 3-0. I can't believe it...no more life in my twenties:) One of my best friends Dory came down from Kansas City to spend the weekend with us. On Friday, we went and got massages, had a yummy mexican lunch and then did what Dory and I do best...SHOPPING!
