4th of July

We had a FUN weekend in Kansas City over the 4th of July weekend. We hung out with family and friends at my sisters house on the 4th and had lots of good food and just enjoyed each other's company! We got to relax on their beautiful deck and the kids had fun playing in their big backyard. On Saturday, I got to see my BFF Sarah Goad Gerber! It was sooo fun getting to visit with her and catch up on everything and not be RUSHED! Usually when we get together it has to be really quick since everyone is soo busy, but this time we had the whole evening to get to visit. That night, we went to our good friend Beth's wedding to marry her off to Ben! She looked absolutely beautiful and I am soo happy she found such a good guy.

Fun at the Lake

We went to Thunderbird Lake this weekend and had a blast! As you can tell in the picture...Keeley was pooped out...but she loved it!

Father's Day

It was a pretty good Father's Day on Sunday! The girls and I started the day by waking up early and getting Frankie his favorite energy drink with powdered doughnuts. We thought that would be a nice way for Daddy to start his day:) In the afternoon, Frankie and Taye went to the YMCA and played basketball and lifted weights...which is a perfect day for Frankie...he loves to work out and play ball! The girls and I went to the splash pad and they had a blast until Mikayla tried to chase after Keeley and fell and bumped her chin:( The rest of the day, we just spent hanging out. We actually sat down and watched the second National Treasure movie that just came out recently. It was really good! Hope everyone had a wonderful Father's Day!
